If you are wondering “What do Lutherans believe” or “What is St. Matthew Lutheran Church all about and how do I fit in?” Let me invite you to take a closer look by attending our Discover St. Matthew orientation class.
Discover St. Matthew is a 1 day seminar that is primarily designed to inform guests and those who desire membership at St. Matthew about the faith life of the congregation. This includes what we believe about the Bible, Baptism, and the Lord’s Supper and how, as Christians, our faith life affects everyday living. This class does not obligate you to membership, but will aid you in deciding if our church is right for you.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and you will meet some great new people. You will also find out about many of the ministries going on at St. Matthew and how you can fit in by serving. I do hope you can make it!
The class starts at 9:30 and ends at 2:30. We will provide lunch at 11:45.
